It is easy to digest by taking dinner early. Calories get more time to burn in the body. Choose a substance that is low in calorie at the night time. Try to eat proper food up to 7 o'clock in the evening. It has been seen in most urban Indians lay a lot of focus on dinner, as it is one meal which the whole family enjoys together. Dinner is usually the largest meal of the day in India. Be aware, late dinner can spoil your metabolism, sleep, brain and all your cycles.
