To reduce obesity apply these steps



Obesity is a chronic disease affecting more and more children, adolescents and adults. Obesity is one of the major diseases on the rise in the world today. People are being diagnosed with it every day. Obesity is a condition where the body accumulates excess fat which has a negative impact on health. If you're struggling with obesity, you're not alone. According to a 2012 survey conducted by the World Health Organisation (WHO), 33 percent of men and 36 percent of women were obese.  Obesity is an excess of body weight caused by over consumption of calories and physical inactivity. Overweight and obesity are both labels for ranges of weight that are greater than what is generally considered healthy for a given height.  Many people wanted to overcome the overweight and obesity, I would like to tell you one thing that is easily possible, but for that you have to do some things in your daily diet.


1.Drink regular and plenty of water to get rid of unnecessary components like toxins in your body.


2. Many of the strategies that produce successful weight loss and maintenance will help prevent obesity. Improving your eating habits and increasing physical activity play a vital role in preventing obesity. 


3. Calculate how much you need to lose. A healthy BMI for men and women is 18.5 to 24.9. Before you can reduce your weight, you need to know what your target range is.

4. Vegetables and Fruits are also efficient in weight loss. They contain nutrients that also leave you healthier. Ensure that at least half of the meal you take comprises vegetables. Fruits can be used as a substitute for snacks.

5. Physical exercise  is by far one of the best ways to reduce obesity. Home exercises or going to the gym will do just fine. But ensure you perform intensive workout for 30 to 45 minutes in a day at least five days a week.
