Follow some simple tips to reduce pimples


Only known as a pump, there is a common skin problem, so that oils and dead skin cells become pores.This can be done at any time and for some reasons like pimples such as stress, kidney, hormonal changes, menopause etc. are given for the cause of pimples. Pimples can be a genetic problem, hormonal imbalance or just lifestyle issues.

Here are some simple tips that you can try to pimple on the bay:

1) Remove all makeup before bedtime.

2) Wash the face thoroughly. It is recommended to clean your face twice a day and not be more than that because it can keep your skin more oily.

3) Clean your face using an alcohol-free make-up remover and make a gentle washing with a deeper piper cleaner.

4) Take a healthy balanced diet with fresh fruits, veggies, curd and sprouts.

5) Avoid junk food, sugar-rich and starch products such as cakes, chocolate, white breads, fried foods and sweets.

6) Take plenty of water because they come out of the body and appear to have purified skin and hydrates.

7) Start yoga because exercising makes proper blood circulation in your body so that the skin becomes free from pimples.

8) Do not use soap because they can damage the skin by making dry, sour and bacteria more permeable.

With these tips being done, following healthy balanced diet can prevent skin problems.

Spinach
Like the diet of our daily diet, spinach are rich in Vitamin A, which serve as anti-Mike agents. It helps to clean bacteria and toxins from digestive tract and blood streams.

Turmeric
Turmeric helps due to the treatment because it burns inflammation of the skin and makes light. It also acts as a natural remedy against toxins that cause internal bacteria and pimples.

Carrots
Take plenty of carrots every day because they are rich in Vitamin A in beta carotene which work against pimples.

Salmon
Salmon has a large amount of omega 3 fats, whereas protein increases skin collagen. This helps in inflammation.
